The inaugural Mottamar (مؤتمر) for Arab Electronic and Experimental Music was held at Tilal Utique from November 10th to 15th, 2025. This groundbreaking gathering, co-organized by Kachf (Shouka) and Beirut and Beyond, assembled a pioneering constellation of sound artists, composers, researchers, label curators, festival directors, and cultural strategists from across the Arab world and beyond. For six days, the visionary campus of Tilal Utique became a living laboratory for the future of sound.
