Tania Saleh

Tania Saleh is a multidisciplinary Lebanese artist born in 1969. A singer, songwriter, and visual artist, she stands as one of the leading voices of the Arab alternative music scene. Since the release of her first single, “Ozone,” in 1997, she has distinguished herself through her ability to blend contemporary sounds and imagery with the musical and poetic traditions of her region. A prolific writer, she pens most of her repertoire while helping to transmit and reinvent Lebanese and Arab heritage for younger generations. Her work combines artistic commitment, social insight, and a visual and sonic aesthetic that is unmistakably her own.
